Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026  ·  Operated by Phyner Ltd

We want you to feel confident purchasing from IdentiMind. This policy explains how refunds work, when they apply, and how to request one. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Summary

  • We will refund duplicate or erroneous charges in full — always.
  • We will refund if a technical failure on our side prevents report delivery.
  • EU/EEA customers have statutory rights under EU consumer law.
  • We generally cannot refund once a personalised report has been generated and accessed.
  • We cannot refund because you changed your mind after accessing the report.

The nature of our product

The IdentiMind Premium Report is a personalised digital product. When you purchase, the service immediately generates a report built specifically from your assessment responses. This report is unique to you — it cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can, and it has no value to any other person once created.

Because delivery happens instantly and the product is personalised, standard change-of- mind refunds are not available once your report has been generated and made accessible to you. This is consistent with consumer protection law in most jurisdictions, which provides an exception to withdrawal rights for digital content that has been accessed after delivery.

When we will issue a refund

We will issue a full refund without question in the following circumstances:

Duplicate charge

You were charged more than once for the same purchase. This includes technical errors at checkout that result in multiple payments being captured.

Payment processing error

A payment was captured but the transaction was never properly completed, resulting in no access to a report.

Technical failure — report not delivered

You paid successfully but were unable to access your report due to a failure on our systems, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

Report generation failure

The system was unable to generate a report from your assessment data due to a technical error on our side, and we are unable to resolve it.

Accidental purchase

You contacted us within 24 hours of purchase, before opening or accessing your report, and the report has not been downloaded or viewed.

EU & EEA consumer rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you ordinarily have a right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (the “cooling-off period”).

However, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to digital content that has been fully performed where you gave your express consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal.

By proceeding to purchase and accessing your Premium Report, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is extinguished upon delivery of the completed report. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your report, please contact us immediately and we will process your withdrawal request.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where statutory rights provide greater protection than this policy, those rights prevail.

When refunds do not apply

We are unable to issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You completed the assessment and your report was successfully generated and made available to you, and you are requesting a refund because you are unhappy with your results, disagree with the profile, or changed your mind.
  • You completed the assessment inaccurately, carelessly, or not as yourself, and are dissatisfied with the results produced.
  • You purchased a report for someone else without their consent and they do not wish to have it.
  • You have already downloaded the PDF report.
  • More than 30 days have passed since the original purchase date (except in cases of duplicate or fraudulent charges).
