- Is the free result actually useful?
- Yes. The free result tells you your dominant thinking mode, your colour ranking, and a professional narrative summary of what that means. It's a complete result — the Premium Report adds the detailed breakdown, blind spots, development plan, and downloadable PDF.
- Is this a one-time payment? Are there any recurring charges?
- The Individual report is a single one-time payment of $29. There are no subscriptions, renewals, or hidden charges. Once you purchase, you have lifetime access to your report.
- What happens if I have a technical problem and can't access my report?
- We will resolve it. If we are unable to deliver your report due to a technical failure on our side, you will receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- How is my payment processed? Is it secure?
- Payments are handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), Stripe, and PayPal — all PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never store your card details. Your transaction is covered by the security and buyer protections of whichever processor you use.
- Can I take the assessment more than once?
- You can take the free assessment as many times as you like. Each Premium Report purchase gives you one complete report based on that assessment session. For organisations running group programmes, contact us about team packages.
- Is IdentiMind the same as MBTI, DISC, or other tools?
- No. IdentiMind uses its own framework, with its own descriptors, scoring, and report content, developed in-house by Phyner Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from MBTI, DISC, or any other assessment product.
- How does the Teams / custom pricing work?
